IMO 2020 deadline: it may be too late to invest

In the article, Mark discusses the lack of low sulphur crude oil availability, how the deficit might be met and impacts on pricing and effects on refineries, storage companies and ship operators. He concludes that IMO2020 will engender a huge amount of innovation to provide solutions, that HSFO may die as a bunker fuel grade and that this wake-up call to the industry could turn out to be a good thing.
